If history is any indication, the Golden State Warriors are well on their way to repeating as champions following their beatdown of the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 2 of the 2016 NBA Finals.

In a 33-point rout Sunday, the Dubs rode Draymond Green‘s hot hand and stifling team defense to a 2-0 series lead. In the 110-77 massacre, the Warriors gave up the fewest points they’ve surrendered in the playoffs in the last 41 years and tied the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls with 87 total wins between the regular season and playoffs.

Until the Warriors earn those last two wins and set an all-time NBA record with 89 victories though, there’s still work left to be done.
