The Toronto Raptors advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals this year for the first time in franchise history coming off a franchise-record 56-win season. Even though they were unable to upset the Cleveland Cavaliers, it’s impossible to ignore just how great of a season the Raptors had.

The team found itself over the playoffs. For a roster that was regarded as mentally soft after back-to-back first-round exits over the last two years, this team was hit with a ton of adversity and found a way to overcome that and achieve success.
