Coming off an eye-opening Game 1 loss in the 2016 Western Conference Finals, the Golden State Warriors had their backs against the wall in Game 2.

Despite a resilient first half from the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Dubs were able to tie the series at 1-1 behind a huge third quarter from the league MVP, helping the Dubs avoid their first back-to-back losses of the 2015-16 campaign.

Stephen Curry led the way with 28 points, Klay Thompson added 15 and Draymond Green finished with a 10-8-7-2-1 stat line. The Warriors bench supplied 50 points to the cause, the Dubs stepped up on the glass, and despite 29 points from Kevin Durant, Golden State moved to 12-0 in games following a loss this season.

After Game 1, the narrative was that the Thunder had a legitimate chance to knock off the defending champs. After Game 2, the narrative will be that the Warriors are just fine. The question is, which one is correct?
