As we enter the NCAA tournament’s Sweet 16–the regional semifinals, each team has a different story to write. How that story gets written, though, is left up to them.

They’re still two wins away from making the Final Four, etching their name in history, so there’s still plenty to get done in order to make that a reality.

The first weekend of the tournament had many, many microstories unfolding before our very eyes, but the Sweet 16 is where the bigger, grander stories begin to take shape.
