Welcome to HoopsHabit.com’s Week 21 NBA Power Rankings! We’ll be counting down from 30 to 1, as we break down the last week in the NBA and where each team stands as we move forward.

In this week’s Power Rankings, the upcoming rematch between the Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs weighs heavy on everyone’s minds, the Charlotte Hornets are being overlooked and there are playoff implications in nightly matchups around the league.

But in Week 21, the confusing Cleveland Cavaliers take the main spotlight, with the Eastern Conference frontrunners looking like title contenders one night and looking completely disheveled the next.

Should we be doubting a LeBron James-led team in the East come playoff time? Or are there chemistry issues with Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving? And if the Cavs are vulnerable, which team in the East is capable of making them pay?
