With the NBA season winding down, has D’Angelo Russell established himself as the best rookie point guard or is there another challenger out there?

The NBA season is beginning to wind down, meaning as playoff opportunities fade out more minutes open up for the younger guys on the roster, primarily rookies.

That’s who we focus on here every week, so it’ll be interesting to see if anyone can shake things up as we’ve had virtually the same top 10 for a while now.

I can think of one specific player who could end up back in the rankings and challenge D’Angelo Russell for the top point guard spot given the inconsistency in Russell’s game, but is it truly possible at this point?
