The Chicago Bulls’ season took yet another hit, with Jimmy Butler expected to be sidelined for 3-4 weeks due to a knee strain.

Aside from a season-high six-game winning streak that seems like an eternity ago, the Chicago Bulls have not had a great season. With their recent descent to the seventh spot in the conference, it didn’t appear that things could get much worse.

Unfortunately for the Bulls, that wasn’t the case as the team announced on Tuesday that Jimmy Butler will be out of the lineup for 3-4 weeks due a knee strain.

Having lost 12 of their last 17 games prior to Wednesday night’s game against the Atlanta Hawks, this recent development could not have come at worst time.

So now that Butler is on the shelf for the next few weeks, what does the latest news mean for a Bulls team that has struggled with consistency all season? Here are the five most important things to know.
