As we approach the halfway point of the 2015-16 NBA season, one thing remains as relevant as ever: this professional basketball league is where superstars reign and the best teams have the highest number of those elite players.

But we all know about the best players in the league; the exploits of the LeBron James, Kevin Durants, Russell Westbrooks and James Hardens of the league are detailed ad nauseam at this point.

In addition to constantly checking the successes and failures of the league’s premier players, the trendy thing to do now is examine which young players are breaking through on their path to stardom. But as NBA coverage reaches an all-time high, on-the-rise players like Kawhi Leonard, Andre Drummond and Giannis Antetokounmpo are getting plenty of attention now too.

It only makes sense; the only thing the NBA public is more obsessed with compared to the enjoyable present is the prospect of an even brighter future.
