With the calendar year of 2015 is officially behind us, I wish you all a happy New Year. 2016 has arrived, and with it has come a newfound sense of optimism in both life and the world of sports.

Before moving forward, however, it’s imperative that we acknowledge what transpired in the past.

2015 was one of the most incredible and influential seasons in NBA history. The small-ball revolution reached its peak, the legends of yesteryear achieved glorious feats in the present day, and the Association experienced a genuine change of the guard.
