It’s been a memorable 2015 calendar year for the Golden State Warriors, but what should their five New Year’s resolutions for 2016 be?

The Golden State Warriors had a 2015 to remember. They concluded the 2014-15 season with 67 wins, Stephen Curry took home the MVP Award and they became just the third team to reach 83 wins en route to the franchise’s first championship in 40 years. They also did this:

Two months into the 2015-16 season, the Dubs look even more formidable than ever, posting a 30-2 record (29-1 in games where Curry plays). Their star player has somehow taken his game to another level and Golden State hasn’t missed a beat despite the fact that Steve Kerr has not coached a single game so far this season.

Heading into 2016, however, the San Antonio Spurs are suddenly hot on their heels and last year’s injury luck has taken some lumps and bruises. The Warriors are still the cream of the crop in the NBA, but this historic start to the season won’t mean anything if they fall short of their ultimate goal.

Heading into the latter portion of the 2015-16 season, what should the Golden State Warriors’ New Year’s resolutions be for 2016? (You know, other than making NBA basketball completely unfair by landing Kevin Durant this summer?) Here’s a look at five major commitments the Dubs should try to keep in 2016.
