During the course of its 19-year history, the Big 12 has been home to more than it’s share of college stars and future legends.

I say 19 years, as for the purpose of this article, I’ll only be considering the modern-age Big 12, since it became that after a Big 8 expansion in 1996, and the 14 teams that have been members of the Big 12, which includes the current 10 members, along with Texas A&M, Missouri, Nebraska and Colorado.

Based on a compilation of individual accolades, such as awards, All-American inclusions, team contributions and statistical heights, I’ve ranked the top 30 players to suit up in the modern era of the Big 12.

Guys who were played while the Big 12 was the Big 8 were included if they were still active after the expansion.
