With the fourth pick in the upcoming NBA draft, as well as a host of young talent already on their roster, the Orlando Magic appear to be in a good place. While last season was somewhat of a disappointment given how their push for a playoff appearance never really got off the ground, doing better next season is a must.

In order to do so, the Magic need to nail a number of hurdles this summer to put themselves in the best position to succeed next year. Once they have addressed these needs as best they can, it will then be about putting all of the moves made together, to start the season strongly. With that in mind, let’s take a look at the four key areas Orlando needs to address before next season so that they can get out of the gates quickly and become a team capable of making some noise.
