The 2015 NBA Trade Deadline is set to pass on Thursday, February 19 at 3:00 p.m. ET. Thus, teams of the association are left with minimal time to not only construct the ideal moves, but work out the details with potential dealing partners.

The question is, who needs to make a move the most?

Some teams are a player away from rounding out their roster as a formidable championship contender. Others have simply come to the end of the line with the squad that’s been constructed, thus leading to the need to blow it up.

For one reason or another, the following teams need to act at the trade deadline to improve their respective short-term and long-term futures.
