The Phoenix Suns are one of the most exciting teams in the NBA, and there is a lot of buzz surrounding them heading into the 2014-15 season. They barely missed beating out the Dallas Mavericks for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference, and the youth that they have on their team leads many to believe that they will take another step forward this season.

There are some issues for the Suns to figure out, especially what the future holds for electrifying guard Eric Bledsoe.

Bledsoe is currently a restricted free agent, but has been asking for a contract extension that is well out of the Suns’ price range. They would love to keep him, but at this point in time are not willing to give him a max or even near max contract.

Rumors have been flying around all offseason long about other team being interested in him, but there isn’t much interest from other teams in giving him a max deal either.

Despite the Bledsoe issues, the Suns are looking like a good bet to be in playoff contention once again this year. They did lose starting power forward Channing Frye to the Orlando Magic in free agency, but added some great talent in Isaiah Thomas and Tyler Ennis.

The addition of those two point guards has made the situation with Bledsoe even more intriguing, and they also have breakout star Goran Dragic.

What five bold predictions can be made about the 2014-15 Suns?
