The Atlanta Hawks are heading into a season in 2014-15 where they are expected to take a huge step forward from last season. They were a surprising team last year, and ended up pushing the No. 1 seeded Indiana Pacers to a winner-take-all seventh game in the first round of the NBA Playoffs. It was very apparent that they could have been much better than the eighth seed if they had been fully healthy, but Al Horford will be back this season and they made some nice acquisitions via free agency.

Second-year head coach Mike Budenhozer has the Hawks on the right track, but there were some issues other than injuries last season. They live and die off of three-pointers, which is what ended up hurting them in the last two games of their series with the Pacers last year. Also, their defense left a lot to be desired, and they have made improvements in that area as well.

There are plenty of different rotations that they could use this season, but there is one starting lineup that makes the most sense. They have an excellent balance of everything, and improved their defense off the bench as well. Atlanta will likely still shoot a high volume of three-point shots this year, but they will also be depending on Jeff Teague to take the next step and lead the way.

What starting lineup with the Hawks put on the floor this coming season?
