On Wednesday, the Toronto Raptors announced their schedule for the 2014-15 season.

It’s going to be a special season on a number of levels.

First of all, it will mark the team’s 20th year in the league. And secondly, the Raptors will return to the court as the defending Atlantic Division champions.

Expectations will be higher for the Raptors this season after they narrowly missed advancing to the second round of the playoffs in 2013-14.

Now, though, we finally have something to look forward to. In fact, there are 82 things to be excited about if you are a diehard basketball fan.

With that said, here are five dates on the schedule that immediately caught my attention.
