The NBA has reached the dullest point of the calendar year, but the upcoming 2014-15 season and tons of roster changes over the summer have given us plenty to speculate about. Whether teams are in rebuilding mode, competing for a title, fighting for a playoff spot or aiming for the 2057 NBA Finals like the Philadelphia 76ers, the new season is important in some way to each and every team.

With that in mind, every team has one big question to answer heading into 2014-15. It could be as simple as “Will they make the playoffs?” or something more complex like “How will all the new offseason additions mesh?” In Part 1 yesterday, we looked at the Atlanta Hawks through the Memphis Grizzlies alphabetically. In Part 2 today, we’ll examine the remaining 15 teams, starting with the Miami Heat and wrapping up with the Washington Wizards.
