This offseason has already been one of, if not the biggest summers for the Charlotte Hornets. The balance of power in the Eastern Conference is more equally distributed than in prior years, and really, the playoff race appears to be as wide-open as it has been in a long, long time. Coming fresh off a tough first-round, 4-0 loss to the Miami Heat, the team has already taken strides to ensure that their fate won’t be the same next season. Here are grades for every move Charlotte has made thus far into the offseason.
