The 2013-14 NBA season is officially a part of history. The San Antonio Spurs are the world champions, Kevin Durant is the reigning MVP and the offseason has somewhat commenced.

As  the basketball community moved further into the playoffs, however, it progressively distanced itself from all things regular season. Superstars and their performances remain fresh in our minds, but the little guys have already been forgotten.

It’s time to refresh our memories and evaluate the players who weren’t evaluated enough at the time of their performances. Forgive my lack of eloquence in that statement, but there are players throughout the association who weren’t given their due.

We know about the All-Star snubs—DeMarcus Cousins, Goran Dragic, Al Jefferson and company. We know about the star-caliber players who don’t get enough credit, even with such an accolade—Anthony Davis, DeMar DeRozan, John Wall and so on.

The question is, who are the players that aren’t being talked about, but should be recognized?

Which players made the (un)official 2014 NBA All-Underrated team?
