No. 5 Worst Draft Class

Year: 2006

All-Stars: 4 (LaMarcus Aldridge, Paul Millsap, Rajon Rondo, Brandon Roy)

Steal of the Draft: Paul Millsap at No. 47

Biggest Bust: Adam Morrison at No. 3

What else can we say about this draft? It was filled with some real…well, filler. Andrea Bargnani went No. 1 and he hasn’t come anywhere close to living up to that honor, but at least he’s still in the league. Of the top-1o in this draft, only five are still in the league. That says something.

On the plus side, there were some quality players late in this one to make up for the crap up top. Rondo went No. 21 and Kyle Lowry No. 24 to somewhat make up for a group that has largely underperformed (looking at you, Rudy Gay).
