With the seventh pick of the 2008 draft, the Clippers selected the Indiana Hoosier Eric Gordon. Although, Gordon only spent three seasons in LA before moving to New Orleans as part of the Chris Paul trade, he was a solid performer during his time as a Clipper.

Gordon improved every year during his time in L.A., culminating in him averaging 22.3 points per game in his final season as a Clipper. At a time when the Clippers were struggling, Gordon did a great job of shouldering the teams offensive load.

Sadly, since he was traded, Gordon has missed a lot of games due to injury. So, it’s possible that the Clippers may even have got the best of Gordon’s career.
