The Philadelphia 76ers entered a full rebuilding stage when Sam Hinkie entered the fold. Throughout the season they have been acquiring a lot of draft picks for this year and the coming years. The Sixers have five second-round picks. While the headlines usually focus on the first-round picks and what Philly might do there, let’s look at three players that – if available – the Sixers should strongly consider drafting in the second round.
