Player Rankings: Playoff Version
10. Kyle Lowry
This was my toughest decision but because there are only 10 spots I knew there would be some snubs — Lowry got this spot over John Wall. Nobody is taking Lowry over Wall if they are starting a franchise, but this season Lowry has been magnificent in leading the Toronto Raptors to the third seed in the East with a record of 48-34.
Lowry is a bit of an anomaly as he posted career highs at the ripe age of 28 years old. Lowry posted 17.9 points, 7.4 assists and 4.7 rebounds while shooting 42.3 percent overall, 38 percent from three-point range and 81.3 percent from the charity stripe.
The playoffs are uncharted waters for Lowry as his only appearance was back in the 2008-09 season when he was on the Houston Rockets, where he only played 19.5 minutes and averaged 5.3 points, 2.5 assists and 2.9 rebounds. The postseason is certainly where guys can earn big contracts and Lowry will be one of the guys looking to cash in.
