Here we continue to examine the top prospects in the 2014 NBA Draft, and today, we have:
Kyle Anderson, Sophomore, SF, UCLA, 6’9″, 230 lbs.
2013-14 Collegiate Statline: (all stats courtesy of ESPN.com)
14.6 points, .480 FG%, 8.8 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 1.8 steals, .737 FT%
Kyle Anderson out of UCLA is one of the few “point forwards” in this year’s class. While he has the ability to score at will (14.6 points per game in his sophomore season), Anderson can also run the floor effectively well, shown in his ability to dish out assists to teammates, all while playing out of the small forward position. Anderson’s size and basketball IQ suits him well to succeed at the small forward position in today’s NBA.
