The Chicago Bulls entered last week in the midst of a six-game home stand that began with a loss to the Memphis Grizzlies and a win over the two-time defending-champion Miami Heat.

Following a split of their first two games, the Bulls posted a 2-1 record in their next three outings, including a loss to the San Antonio Spurs, followed by consecutive victories over the Houston Rockets and Sacramento Kings.

While the recent stretch of games did not result in a drastic change in the standings, the good news is the Bulls still hold the fourth spot in the conference with a record of 37-29, and trail the Toronto Raptors by only a half game for the third seed.

That being said, here is a look back at the week that was in Chicago, including game recaps, game balls along with other news and notes.

That’s very humble of Joakim Noah to want fans to focus on the team, but I think he deserves to be MVP, too.
