As the All-Star break approaches, the Atlanta Hawks faced an important week, as their schedule begins to get tougher. Eleven of Atlanta’s next 15 games are on the road, nine of those 15 are against playoff teams and the last five of those 15 games come on a road trip out West. With that in mind Coach Mike Budenholzer and his Hawks team would desperately have wanted to pick up a couple of Ws this week.

The week began with the visit of the NBA-best Indiana Pacers to Atlanta to try and avenge their defeat from January. Following that one the Hawks visited New Orleans for their first regular-season meeting since the Hornets became the Pelicans. And the week concluded with the visit of the Memphis Grizzlies to Philips Arena, now equipped with a healthy-again Marc Gasol.

The Hawks weren’t able to have the successful week they were hoping for though, finishing up a disastrous 0-3.
