It’s a New Year and a bit of a new format for the HoopsHabit.com NBA Power Rankings. Below will be a nice, convenient table so readers can check out the rankings at a glance, while the slide show breaking down all 30 teams individually will still be available.

As far as the rankings go, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Indiana Pacers traded places at the top of the chart, with the Thunder moving back in front. But the big mover of the week is the Toronto Raptors, who went 4-0 to improve to .500—the lone Atlantic Division team to reach such lofty heights—and jumped six spots to No. 13.

When citing team statistics (which come from NBA.com), any team that is in the top or bottom five of the league for the last seven days will be noted. Player stats are also just for the last week.
