Atlanta Hawks Weekly: Overtime and Injuries

Without a shadow of a doubt the last seven days have been the most eventful the Atlanta Hawks have seen so far this year. Atlanta continued to play great team basketball as the in form offensive team in the NBA, against the backdrop of three games that went to overtime and an injury to their star man.

The week started off with a visit to Florida to do battle with the defending champions on Monday, in the Hawks last game pre-Christmas. On Thursday, the Hawks then hit the road for Ohio for their second meeting of the season with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Before the week finished off at home hosting divisional rival Charlotte.

Results wise, the Hawks have had another good week, going 2-1. It will be the injury to Al Horford that has the biggest impact on their season though.
