Best of the Week-Players

1. Kevin Love, Minnesota Timberwolves

The Timberwolves might have gone 1-2 over the last week, but it’s certainly hard to pin the blame on Kevin Love. Not after he averaged 33 points and 15.6 rebounds per game while also finding time to dish out six assists a night.

Love averaged 42 minutes a game and was 34-for-59 (57.6 percent) from the floor and 8-for-20 (40 percent) from 3-point land.

2. LeBron James, Miami Heat

The Heat went 3-0 over the last week and LeBron James was a big reason why, averaging 26.7 points, 7.7 rebounds, seven assists and two steals a game in 37.7 minutes.

LeBron was 32-for-53 (60.4 percent) overall and 6-for-14 from the land of the extra point (42.9 percent).

3. Damian Lillard, Portland Trail Blazers

Damian Lillard found his scoring shoes over the last three games, averaging 33.7 points to go with seven assists and 5.3 rebounds a game.

The reigning Rookie of the Year also shot 35-for-68 (51.5 percent) overall and 19-for-36 (52.8 percent) from deep. So, yeah, that second-year jinx thing doesn’t seem to be a problem.
