In the Eastern Conference, it’s safe to say most of the teams are abysmal. This is a conference where only three teams are over .500 and a 15-12 record will get you third place. But amid all the losing and woeful records, two teams have emerged as the best in the form of the defending NBA champions, the Miami Heat, at 20-6, and the up-and-coming Indiana Pacers, who lead the conference at 21-5.

The two teams have met each other twice already with Miami leveling the season series at one each so far, thanks to some controversial officiating to say the least. Nonetheless, these two juggernauts appear destined to meet in May, but who would come out on top?
