In a chunk of their schedule with a lot of home games, the Atlanta Hawks looked to push on with their 11-10 record. Atlanta find themselves in an unusual position at the moment in the East. With the Heat and Pacers playing strong out in front, the Hawks find themselves in a league of their own hovering around the .500 mark.

They seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to distance themselves from it too. Whenever they manage to win to give themselves a winning record overall, the next game seems to result in a loss. This is something that they will hopefully move past in the next couple of weeks.

On Tuesday, Atlanta met Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook for the first time this season as the Western powerhouse came to visit Georgia. After a defeat in Washington a couple of weeks ago, Friday was the Wizards turn to come to Atlanta to match up with the Hawks. And the week finished out on Saturday in the iconic Madison Square Garden, as Atlanta looked to sweep the Knicks in the Garden for the season series.

A tough week would finish 1-2.
