Conley is currently seventh among point guards in points per game with 18.3 and he is shooting 45 percent from the field which ranks fourth. Now three of the six PG’s ahead of Conley shoot under 42% including Kyrie Irving, who is shooting only 40 percent. Now Conley will need to bring up his 3-point percentage where is currently shooting 30 percent, but if he can bring that up even five percent by the end of the year it will make a huge difference for the Grizzlies and Conley.

When it comes to assists, Conley is tied for 11th with 6.6 per game. However, he only averages 1.8 turnovers per game and the other 11 point guards ahead of him all have a high number. Therefore, he takes care of the ball but also can make the right pass as needed.
